Shipping Policy

Veloso Direct LTD ships to the UK & Northern Ireland.

We endeavour to deliver customized personalised products within 10-15 working days of approving your logo. If you require these products faster we can offer an advanced delivery service at a chargeable rate, then a date will then be agreed between Veloso Direct LTD and the customer.

All of the above is reliant on the availability of stock.

Veloso Direct LTD use a fully trackable DHL courier system. As soon as the products have been dispatched we aim to provide a tracking code for delivery.

Delivery costs £6.25 excluding VAT for orders under the value of £100.00 excluding VAT. Any order over £100.00 excluding VAT qualifies for free delivery.
